My kid wanted to eat “lice”, and there’s leftover rice from last night. All it takes are some ingredients and i can dish out his favorite fried rice for him.
Ingredients: Frozen mixed vegetables, crab-sticks, onions, garlic and of cos, rice.
Preparation: Chop chop chop, cut cut cut….
The cooking process: Crack two eggs and season with a dash of soy sauce and a little pepper. Heat some olive oil in the wok, pour the egg in and stir-fry. Add the chopped garlic and onions.
Then add the mixed vegetables and crab-sticks in. Stir-fry until fragrant and add the rice in. Stir more until all looks well and into the bowl it goes. GAOTIM!!
Last 4 pictures taken by hubby with my Nokia N73, cos my Sony Cybershot T100 died on me halfway…. sigh. Sorry about the difference in pic quality. But the quality of the fried rice remains, that’s all that matters. Gordon doesnt like carrots and each time, i have to pick them out, ISH….. Fancy a bowl?
