Philips Cucina Mixer

How to bake a cake without a proper mixer? Went to buy this Philips Cucina Mixer from Sen Q last week. Oh, dont you worry. I know all about those Kitchenaid mixers, k. But not until i have a kitchen of my own. I was an interior designer by profession and i do know my brands well, ya.

Philips Cucina Mixer

I bought this cos it had this flour sifter as you see on its box. It’s suppose to help you sift the flour as you add more to the batter. Eh, am i saying this right. Noob like hell.

This is the whole setup. Looks professional, right. As long as it does it job, can lah. What do you expect from Rm179 worr, haimai.

And here are its tools. Both the kneading and mixing tools.

And if i dont want to use the base, i have the option to remove the mixer itself to use this on its own. Not bad, hoh. So, do you prefer to use an electric hand mixer or beat the batter by hand? Care to share?
