Hungry already.

Is there a secret to make the string beans 'wrinkled'? I was told that the string beans are fried in hot oil first in those restaurant versions. Then I read some website that says to boil in water in home kitchen versions. Do you have a suggestion?

<strong>The fried version is mainly f=done at restaurants. I dont do that as i prefer meals will little oil. But if you want the wrinkled effect, the best way is still to fry it lightly.</strong>

[...] With just garlic, salt and pepper, I can stir fry many dishes already. You may want to look at Samm’s garlic stir fried with french beans. [...]
