My mother-in-law use this pressure cooker to cook some of her favorite dishes. It’s saves time and the pressure ensures that food cooked in it turns out in full flavor. I dont know what brand this pressure cooker is. Cant see it anywhere on the cover nor the insides. I only know it’s not a cheap cooking appliance.
One of her favorite dish is spare ribs with tomatoes and garlic. Too bad i wasnt around each time she cooks this. If not, i would have taken some pictures and blogged about it. No problem, i just need to tell her to cook it again. My kid loves to eat rice with the gravy as it has tomatoes in it. Do you have a pressure cooker?
