After using the product several times on the first week, unfortunately the it turned into a waste metal after producing a big blast in my kitchen. I bring it to the NamLeong Store (Sarikei), claim for warranty or new unit. I was given replacement with new unit but the store's technician tell me the new unit doesn't come with any warranty any more. Fuh... after using the new unit for a few weeks, i was very scare to switch it on untul today. U Know why? Two pieces of screws and two small piece of metal comes out through small opening at the back of the sandwich maker. The tiny screws cause the sandwich maker compartment unable to be close neatly. Feeling bad using these "lauya" product. <strong>I've not used mine for a long time. Forgot where i placed it too, lol!!!
