If you must know, Planta is the brand of a margarine. I seldom eat margarine. Only do so when out, like this simple toast with kaya and planta for example. Or maybe at the mamak stall, depending on what i order.
This is the kind of toast served at coffeeshops. Great as a snack with a bowl of tong sui, or some of you may prefer a cup of Ipoh White Coffee or Tea to go with it. Do you like toast? How do you like yours? Do you make your toast with a toaster oven like mine?
