Next, take the baking paper out and cut them to the size of my baking sheet. It’s actually the one that came with my Philips toaster oven.

Here’s Malcolm testing the first cookie that i baked using the Philips toaster oven. It’s still warm but how to stop a hungry kid, you tell me. The second batch is already inside the oven…..

And after 45 minutes, all my Chocolate Chips cookies are ready. Not bad. Geeeeee…. had better go dig out my Joy Of Making Cookies Recipe Book By Alex Goh. Write a few siple cookies recipe down and head to the baking supplies store on my next trip to town. If possible i’ll substitute all the ingredients with organic baking ingredients. Better mah.

And it’s also time i go get myself a proper oven. The thing now is how big an oven should i buy? 40ltr plus enough or not? I’ve baked brownies, cakes, muffins and now, cookies with my Philips toaster oven. If you’ve been asking yourself, “Can i bake cookies using a toaster oven?”, Yes, it can be done if you are a casual cook like me.

But if you want to bake large batches for festive seasons like Christmas and Chinese New Year, it’s only sane to use a bigger oven, right. If not, you can see how much work needs to be done in order to get 27 cookies, lol. I’ll be out hunting for an oven these days. Hope i find one that fits my budget.

Hey, i adore your cooking and baking skills and would really love to learn from you! Being a mother of 2, i’d love to cook for my family. But never bake before, can my Princess Toaster Oven bake cornflakes cookies too? But i cant seem to set the temperature to 180C. Either 160 or 200C. Help!

I guess you can. If you set it lower, add a minute or two to your baking time. If higher, then lesser time. If it turns out well, then ok. If not, add more minutes.
