Running low on Malcolm’s favorite GreenMax Yam Cereal. Popped by the Organic Store to buy a few more packets on standby. After the fuel and electricity price hike a few months back, food prices have skyrocket by at least 30%. Take this GreenMax Yam Cereal as an example. I used to pay around Rm16 for a packet of 16 sachets. Now, each packet cost Rm19.90, and contains 12 sachets only. I bought three packets at one go as i get an extra 5% off. Usually, i buy it at a 10% store discount. What to do…. buy lorrrr.
As long as Malcolm loves it, i will continue to buy this healthy and nutritious GreenMax Yam Cereal for him. This makes a great supper too. You know, i blog till the wee hours of the morning. Who has the mood to cook at that unGodly hour, lol. Last night, whilst watching When Easterly Showers Fall On The Sunny West Episode 12 streaming online, i was so hungry that i made myself a bowl of Oatmeal instead of this GreenMax Yam Cereal. I really wanted to, but i’m afraid i dont have time to go to the Organic Store and runs out of it. Oh, for the love of my kids, the mother will have to sacrifice herself……
