Muffin Pre-mixes From Wah Seng

These are what i bought from Wah Seng (Ipoh), a baking supplies store, on Friday.

Muffins Pre-mixes

Two packets of Muffin Pre-mixes. One Blueberry Muffin Mix, the other Kiwi Muffin Mix. Rm6 each packet.

Mini muffin cups

And of course, some mini muffin cups for use with my Philips toaster oven. I baked muffins with papercups  using toaster oven before as i didnt have these small baking cups then. See how much work needs to be done before i get to bake muffins in a toaster oven, lol.

    Hi Sam, am very amaze when I found out you had baked muffins on a toaster. Had always wanted to know how to bake but … anyhow, just would like to enquire what temperature and how long do you needto cook them. Thanks. Enjoy your blog very much :) Happy New Year
