Chor 4. As everyone is still in CNY mood and school only resumes next Monday, we took the kids out for lunch today. I wanted to buy a book but Popular Bookstore at Parkson doesnt have it. Right after our meal, i somehow managed to convince hubby that MPH will have it and got him to drive me all the way to Jaya Jusco.
I found my book but didnt buy it. I just wanted to check out the recipes in it and verify some facts. I still need to get more information online on my latest topic of interest before i buy the book back and turn into a frenzied health freak. More on that later on. Let’s just focus on the lovely pic at this moment, lol.
We just found out not too long ago how much Malcolm loves cakes. It all started at Black Canyon where we usually dine. But as it’s CNY, and the mall is still jam-packed with festive shoppers, we couldnt get a table that seats four comfortably there. I saw someone leaving the table right at the entrance to Coffee Bean and walked over to it.
Hubby was outside with Malcolm. The moment Malcolm saw us seated at the table, he wanted to get out of his stroller. He climbed up onto the ledge where the cake counter is and started pointing at the cakes, grinning from ear to ear. How not to give in, haimai. In the end, we had a slice of Carrot Cake and also a slice of Coffee Bean’s cheese cake as second helping. Malcolm stopped climbing onto the ledge after that. Full jorr.
