Or-jian (Oyster Pancake)

This is the Or-jian from Moon Moon Cafe. It’s takeaway cos we had tea elsewhere. Was supposed to go to my sis’ house, but she had to send her daughter for violin class. So, brought it back and whacked it all by myself instead. Yummy!! Or-jian is simply oysters fried in an egg batter with spring onions.

If you’ve not tried Or-jian before, then you’re missing out on something special. You can go try the one at Moon Moon Cafe. It’s really not bad at all. The Lor Pak Koe there is yummy too.
