No doubt about it, eggs are one of most nutritious food on earth. If a chicken can hatch out of it, just imagine how much growth-promoting factor that’s packed inside the small oval-shaped wonder. I love eggs very much, especially those Omega enriched eggs. We’ve run out of it, but i found a few normal ones in the fridge.
Eggs makes an excellent quick breakfast and goes well with everything. Hubby bought Gardenia Butterscotch bread and coffee-flavored Swiss roll the other day from 7-11 fro the kids. We still have some Drinho Home Soy left. As i was too busy to cook them something this morning, i just made them half-boiled eggs for breakfast.
I dug my plastic egg maker out from the kitchen cabinet, placed four eggs into a bowl of warm water to take the cold out. Put a kettle of water onto the stove and waited for it to boil. Next, place the four eggs into the egg maker and pour the hot water into it. As i’m making four eggs, i make sure water is almost to the top before i place the cover on. There are markers on the side of the egg maker to indicate how much water for making x-number of eggs. Wont go wrong.
Here’s a short video of how to make half-boiled eggs with an egg maker. Isnt it funny to see so much bubbles emitting from the eggs, hoh. You can also hear the hot water dripping into the base yellow-colored container.
I dont know how long it took. I was helping Gordon with his homework. I just asked hubby to go in and check if all the water has finished dripping or not and to knock two each into two separate bowls. Half-boiled eggs are best taken with soya sauce and pepper. For added nutrition, you can also add sesame oil or olive oil to it. BEST-nye. My kids love it!!!!

Hi, thanks for taking the time to leave a comment here. I believe you can still get these from the Kong-Ngah-Pou (Shop that sells pots, pans and kitchen/household knick knacks) behind the Poultry market in town. Neh, the one next to the Ex-Super Kinta. There’s one near my house. I go check it out later and see if i can find it for you.
