Organic Samm

I only went to take the creme caramel custard out a few hours later. It looks beautiful in the mold, and i was very afraid that it might come crumbling down onto the plate when i remove it.

I ran the butter knife along the sides slowly and carefully. It didnt stick as i buttered the mold earlier.

Inverted it onto the plate and it kinda stuck there. The caramel sauce flowed down a bit. I knocked it a few times but not too hard. I’m more afraid of breaking the glass mold and plate that breaking the custard, lol. After a few knocks…..

Here it is. A very nice, sweet and pretty heart-shaped creme caramel custard. The kids and i ate one. The other, i’ll surprise hubby with it. Happy Belated Valentine’s Day, all.
