Assam Ikan Kembong

This is the Assam Ikan Kembong my MIL cooked with the Bunga Kantan (Torch Ginger Flower) just now. She was having an early dinner at the kitchen when i took this pic and asked me why i keep taking pics of her cooking, lol.

I told her i just wanna show off her masterpieces. I may not cook much, but i sure can blog about them, lol. I scrammed when she hinted she’ll teach me how to cook. My bad….

    I have read through your recommended dishes and wanted to try out some of them. However, recipes are very limited. Is it possible to include the recipe after each recommended dish (like in other people’s blogs). Thank you.
