This is today’s lunch. Something you’ll see everyday in any normal Chinese household. We’re having Steamed Pork with Toong Choi, Stir-fried Baby Bok Choi and Stuffed Tofu with Fish Paste today. MIL cooked all three dishes in less than 30 minutes. Me, i’ll take forever, lol.
The Steamed Pork with Toong Choi is Gordon’s favorite. I will cut up the Stir-fried Baby Bok Choi and Stuffed Tofu up and add it to his rice before he eats it. It’s delicious. Malcolm may not may not eat. He only likes ABC soup. We had that on Saturday. I added some Curly Pasta to it and he loves it.
Let’s see if there’s enough ingredients in the fridge to make him his favorite ABC Soup. He’ll whack everything up without much complaints. He’ll be home soon. Let me go check the fridge out now. Tata!!!
