Pei Tan Sau Yook Chook (Century Eggs & Minced Pork Porridge)

I love porridge very much and do cook porridge every now and then. To me, porridge is the ultimate comfort food of all time. I had this bowl delicious bowl of Pei Tan Sau Yook Chook earlier this evening. I’ve not been feeling well since last week. Maybe the weather’s to be blamed for my lousy mood too. Abuthen, i really felt better after having this Pei Tan Sau Yook Chook.
