One Egg Frying Pan

It rained just now and i fell asleep. I was woken up by something freaking cold on my face. My kid placed an egg he took from the fridge on my face! He told me he’s hungry, lol! I forgot both of them only ate Wonton Meen for brunch. Ok, me lousy Mom.

And so, i dragged myself to the kitchen, took the one egg frying pan down from the wall and fried the egg for him. He’s eating it with rice and fried pomfret. My one egg frying pan cute, right. Very convenient too.

Dont have one? Check out the ones here and buy one back. Then you dont have to wash a big pan each time you fry one egg, lol!

I find that very small frying pan like this one for frying egg has difficulty to flip the egg over, any tips?

Oh, i make sure the one egg frying is hot and has oil in it. Try not to fry the egg straight out of the fridge. When you crack the egg in, make sure the whites go in first, then place the yolk in the middle. Fry on medium heat until you can move the egg around. Then, use a spoon and lift the egg from the bottom where the yolk lies. Flip it over. Turn the heat up, fry for a few seconds, and you’re done….. tra lalalalalala :)
