Fish Fillet Noodles At Kopitiam Junction

The Fish Fillet Noodles served at Kopitiam Junction, Parkson is not too bad. I was rather surprised that it contains milk too. It has a well-balanced sour and milky taste to it, but not too strong. The serving is also quite generous, great for those with a big appetite. Do give it a try if you happen to dine there. But if you are looking for the real thing, i suggest you head over to Fai Kee Restaurant for the best Fish Head or Seafood Noodles in town. It’s just nearby :)

Bento – Pork Chop Noodles with Orange

I made Pork Chop Noodles for my kids for lunch today. Both of them loved it so much and asked for more. Since i had to come back to get some work done, i gave them a "yes". Well, here’s Gordon’s bento of the day. I know, orange again, right. This is what i have. They are not complaining anyway, lol!

Ice Kacang

Though today’s a bit cloudy, the weather is still hot like &@%#:$¿!! I’m practically getting grilled each day the moment i leave the house or step out of the car. Oh man, the sun just came out of hiding. I still have more than an hour to wait before the school bell rings. So, am cooling down with this bowl of ice kacang now. Want some?

Bento – Macaroni with Tomato & Basil Sauce, Mini Minced Pork Patties & Orange

Rushed home to make this bento for my kid. Today, he’s having Macaroni with Tomato & Basil Sauce, Mini Minced Pork Patties & Orange. Now rushing back to school again. Ahhh… life is so meaningful of late.

Bento For Gordon

I didnt "camp" at the school after i dropped my kid off today. Instead, i came home to watch TVB drama series, lol. It’s freaking hot, man. After watching In The Eye Of The Beholder episode 11, i went to prepare bento for Gordon, my 7 year old.

It’s nothing fancy. But then, it has everything that he likes. I cooked half a packet of instant noodles without the MSG seasoning, fried some marinated boneless chicken and peeled an orange for him. I then seasoned the noodles with Tamarind sauce and a dash of soy sauce. It’s so tangy and yummy. My MIL thinks i’m mad to drive all the way home to cook for him. Well, iLIKEY lol!
