As promised earlier, this is the Mee Ladna i had at the Mamak Shop. I made a huge mistake by ordering Mee Ladna with Yellow Noodles instead of Rice Vermicelli or Bihun lah. The smell of “kan sui” or simply, BORIC ACID, is far too over-powering for me. It’s been reported that Yellow Noodles contains the highest level of boric acid. It’s as high as 14.8%. You can read the article here. And of cos, i took one whiff of it and ordered something else. Anyways, if it’s cooked with Bihun, it’s wonderful. Just like our Cantonese Wat Tan Horr.
Well, enough of Yellow Noodles and Boric Acid. Let’s move on to what on air starting this week. I’m late again, as usual, lol. Well, it’s When Lanes Merge.
