Have you seen white brinjals before. If you’ve not, then i’m not alone cos it’s also my first time. All this while, we’ve only bought the purple ones from the market. These white brinjals are organic as my neighbor planted them at the small patch of land right beside our house. She gave these to us today. Gonna steam these tonight. I’ll have to ask her how to plant organic white brinjals one day. We have so much land and i intend to make good use of it. Hmmm…. i wonder if i have green fingers or not?
