Ahh…. the aroma that wafted up the moment i lifted the wok cover….. got me drooling. No, i didnt steam this. My mom made this as she says the ones sold outside lacks bite, and has a weird taste. Well, hers is superb. Will pry the Wu Thau Kou recipe from her one day.
