Boiled White Brinjals With Soy Sauce And Garlic Oil

Remember i once posted a pic about some organic white brinjals that my neighbor planted outside our house? She gave us more after she harvested some last weekend. MIL steamed the previous batch of white brinjals. This time, my neighbor told my MIL to boil them instead. She was so right. They were more tender and errrr…. smoother. All that’s needed for flavor is a dash of soy sauce and some garlic oil. Ahhhh…. so healthy. Organic worrrrr……
