San Remo happens to be one of my favorite brand of pasta. My whole family loves to eat pasta. It’s simple and quick to prepare. I found that it’s difficult for kids to eat spaghetti without cutting them up. That’s why i buy them this packet of colorful San Remo Vegeroni Spirals. My elder kid have no problem eating this. But i have to cut each piece into two for my two year old boy.

Do you like to eat Spirals? I find that they pick up the pasta sauce better. They also go well with soups. I havent tried frying them with minced meat and vegetables before. Hubby told me to make some one day. Care to share some of your recipes made with this San Remo Vegeroni Spirals?

Hubby: Darling, add some mustard to my sandwich.
Me: Sorry, dont have any.

And so, this is how this bottle of French’s Classic Yellow Mustard came by. It’s not a common item in my fridge, but if hubby wants some, i have to get him a bottle. I’m surprised that we can buy so many different types of mustard these days. But i’m sticking to this first. Once i’m done with this bottle, i’ll try the rest one by one. Do you like French’s Classic Yellow Mustard? I love it’s tangy taste.

I stock a lot of dried scallops inside my fridge. I use it mainly when i make soups or cook porridge for my family. Mine are all from Eu Yan Sang. I go there once in a while to buy ingredients like Chinese Herbs and also dried goods like dates, wolfberries, longans, scallops and oysters.

These dried scallops are big ones. There are smaller ones too and cost a lot cheaper. I used to buy the smaller ones when i first started cooking porridge for my baby. They add a sweet flavor to the otherwise bland porridge. But now that my baby is already 19 months old, i prefer to use these big dried scallops instead.

I bought this from Cold Storage. Got suckered in by two word. Cheese and No Bake. I used to make no bake cheesecake with Philedelphia Cheeses. But i’ll have to buy a few separate ingredients for that and i feel this may be easier. Or maybe taste like it? Dont know. I’ll update you on this when i try this out.

Bought this from Cold Storage the other day. Gonna bake this tomorrow. One egg and oil is all i’ll need to add to the mix. It’s not the first time i’ve tried Pillsbury products. I’ve baked with their cake mixes before and they taste good. They are actually not that bad. Anyone here tried this before?

I have almonds in the fridge too. This already comes with walnuts but of cos i can always roast some almonds to add to it for more flavor and bite. I have one 8 x 8 inch Pyrex dish which will be just right for this. I think this will last the kids and i for days, lol.
If it turns out well, i will stock up a few more boxes and can bake whenever i want to. There is another with chocolate chunks in it. Yes, hoh. Why didnt i think of it. I can always dump in a handful of M & M’s to it mah. Gordon is sure going to like digging those colorful chocs out one by one, lol.
