These are what i bought from Wah Seng (Ipoh), a baking supplies store, on Friday.

Two packets of Muffin Pre-mixes. One Blueberry Muffin Mix, the other Kiwi Muffin Mix. Rm6 each packet.

And of course, some mini muffin cups for use with my Philips toaster oven. I baked muffins with papercupsĀ using toaster oven before as i didnt have these small baking cups then. See how much work needs to be done before i get to bake muffins in a toaster oven, lol.

I’ve not made any soy milk for a long time. After going through my archives, the last time i made some soy milk was way back in November 2007; GAG!! All my organic soy beans are kept inside the fridge. If not, i might have to discard them and get a whole new batch. Not a good idea either since i’m so forgetful half the time.
Anyway, if you have an Automatic Soya Bean Milk Maker and you havent used it for a while, this post may get you to go take it out now. I know there are many who would like to know how to make Soy Bean Milk at home. It’s actually very easy if you are using an Automatic Soya Bean Milk Maker.

Just need to soak about 150gm of soy beans for 8 to 10 hours overnight, and they’ll be ready to go into the machine the next morning. I love my homemade soy bean milk with some almonds added to it. Easy, eh.

I’m supposed to bake some muffins for my kid’s birthday last month. That’s the reason why i bought this box of Krusteaz Lemon Poppyseed Muffin Mix. But there were far too many programs in store for his birthday.
My kid wanted to dine at Kenny Roger’s, and after that, hubby took him to Moven Peak for spaghetti. And then, my sis baked him a big chocolate moist cake and we all had fun at her place.
In all, we’ve been out every single day. Really no chance to bake anything. Let’s see if hubby wants to take them out or not tomorrow. If not, i’ll have some fun baking Lemon Poppyseed Muffins.

San Remo happens to be one of my favorite brand of pasta. My whole family loves to eat pasta. It’s simple and quick to prepare. I found that it’s difficult for kids to eat spaghetti without cutting them up. That’s why i buy them this packet of colorful San Remo Vegeroni Spirals. My elder kid have no problem eating this. But i have to cut each piece into two for my two year old boy.

Do you like to eat Spirals? I find that they pick up the pasta sauce better. They also go well with soups. I havent tried frying them with minced meat and vegetables before. Hubby told me to make some one day. Care to share some of your recipes made with this San Remo Vegeroni Spirals?

Hubby: Darling, add some mustard to my sandwich.
Me: Sorry, dont have any.

And so, this is how this bottle of French’s Classic Yellow Mustard came by. It’s not a common item in my fridge, but if hubby wants some, i have to get him a bottle. I’m surprised that we can buy so many different types of mustard these days. But i’m sticking to this first. Once i’m done with this bottle, i’ll try the rest one by one. Do you like French’s Classic Yellow Mustard? I love it’s tangy taste.
