I bought these certified organic somen and greentea soba from Jaya Jusco supermarket’s organic section. It’s not very well stocked and is placed at the furthest end of the supermarket where they sell fish, if i’m not mistaken. A small miserable display rack is all they have. But i found these organic somen and greentea soba or chasoba right at the end of bottom shelf.
There are more varieties but i prefer buckwheat noodles. Let’s see how they taste like when i cook them later on. I just hope my kids will eat them. Hubby wont have a problem as he usually eats everything that i dish out, lol. That’s pretty encouraging since i seldom cook and not exactly a domestic goddesss. Have you tried organic greentea buckwheat noodles and organic somen before?
